Install on your phone

Kyro works in any modern browser. You can also add it to your phone's home screen so it opens like an app, full screen, with its own icon.

iPhone and iPad: installing is required for alerts

Apple only delivers web alerts to sites added to the home screen, on iOS 16.4 or newer. If you want alerts on your phone, do this first.

iPhone or iPad

1. Open Kyro in Safari. It has to be Safari, not Chrome or another browser.
2. Tap the Share button (the square with an arrow).
3. Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen, then Add.
4. From now on, open Kyro from the Kyro icon on your home screen.

Android

1. Open Kyro in Chrome.
2. Tap ⋮ (top right), then Install app or Add to home screen.
3. Open Kyro from the new icon.

On Android, alerts work whether or not you install Kyro.

Computer

In Chrome or Edge, look for the install icon at the right of the address bar and click it. Kyro opens in its own window. Installing on a computer is optional.
